* my Video Poster is a WordPress plugin that can automatically post videos from YouTube.
- Use it to automatically post videos from your YouTube account to your WordPress blog. No need to first upload to YouTube and THEN to your blog.

Simply enter a youtube.com-URL into a text field, optionally choose a category, click a button and voila! A neatly made blog post with the title, video, description, tags, comments, custom fields, and it only takes seconds!
- New RSS feeds supported – Keyword Based!
One of which enables you to automatically get content for any keyword/phrase you want!
If you are a Douglas Adams fan, you can get videos for “Douglas Adams”, or you could dedicate a site to different kind of funny pet videos. Use your imagination.
- Post template
You can now completely control how the posts are designed. Use the supported macros for full flexibility. You can use basic HTML and CSS styling to control the look completely if you want, or you can copy-paste one of the samples included in the plugin.
- RSS with Thumbnails
You can now optionally have small thumbnails in your RSS feeds from your videos. “my Video Poster” automatically inserts the video thumbnail into your blogs RSS feed next to only the videos mvp has made.
- Instant edit or delete links
Seeing something you don’t like? Instantly click either the edit or delete buttons inside the plugin!
Oh yeah, there are hundreds of small fine-tuning and bug-fixes, but those are the major new features.

- Automatically post batches of videos as often as you want from an unlimited (practically) list of YouTube RSS Feeds.
- All text is fully embedded into the content, perfect for SEO value!
- COOL FEATURE: Create Comments – my Video Poster can read the comments for the video, and automatically create similar comments right on your WordPress blog!
- COOL FEATURE: Create Tags suggested by Yahoo API.
MVP uses a Yahoo! API to find relevant tags for each video post. No hassle, no fuss, all done for you automatically.
(This is optional, of course.) - COOL FEATURE: Custom fields. To allow for extensive integration with most advanced WordPress Themes, my Video Poster has from the very first release allowed for custom fields to be created for each post with ether the thumbnail, the video or both.Why is this cool? Well, if your WordPress Theme supports showing thumbnails for your blog posts. Usually you would have to manually enter a custom field with the url of the thumbnail. This is something that mvp can do automatically.
- All of the expected features: You can choose the author of the posts, the post status (draft or published), the video height and width, and optionally the embedding of thumbnail and video in to the actual post. (Note: This feature has been overridden by the new post template feature introduced in v2.)
- Of course it is also possible to choose individual categories for each RSS feed to post in.

how often can you will the plugin post videos..
i want to know if you can set it to post ever 5 minutes?

The minimum setting in the default version is 30 minutes, but I can add lower intervals in a new version if you need every 5 minutes…
Note: You can set it to post up to 5 videos at a time, so 5 videos every 30 minutes for example.

I am highly interested in signing up for your video poster 2, but I also have a few other questions that need to be answered first. Is there any way for me to contact you?
First, love the new site and especially love the plugin!
Second, is a feature request. It would be cool to have the option of blocking certain users from the feed. There are a few YouTubers that mass spam keywords of all sorts.
I have used most of your plugins and they are excellent. Noted however that the duplicate delete does not work well with “custom menue” it deletes it.
